CHANGE OF MIND.
Need to swap an item for a different colour or size? Tried on your items and they don't suit what you wanted? No problem at all. MUMMA + BUBBA offers easy returns for all items, provided that they are in new condition with all tags attached, within 30 days of sale. and you can provide your orginal MUMMA + BUBBA receipt. We understand that being an online store it can be hard to tell if an item is going to look how you expected it too or suit your body shape. We are more than happy for you to order all the items you like, get them delivered straight to your door and try them on in the comfort of your own home. Then just email us at email@example.com with your order number, items you wish to return and reasons why. We will then provide further information to return your items. Please note that for all change of mind returns postage back to our warehouse is at the customers expense. We will then provide an exchange or refund to the value of items returned.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
We will accept change of mind returns on sale products provided they are returned to us in new condition (unworn) and with tags still attached. Returns on sale items are strictly 7 days after your order has been delivered.
FAULTY PRODUCTS + INCORRECT PRODUCTS.
Is the product you bought not correct or faulty? (we will try our very best to ensure this does not happen).
We are so very sorry if this has happened to you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name of products that are faulty or incorrect and pictures of the fault.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will then arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned items/s. Please note in the event of a faulty or incorrect item sent, MUMMA + BUBBA will refund the postage back to the warehouse.
