HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

- Are you emailing about not receiving a confirmation email? Please check your junk/spam folder as they like to hide in there! If you still can't find it, please email us. 

- Are you emailing about when your order will be sent? At this current time as stated all over our website current packing times are up to 14 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation from us (please check your junk/spam folder) please email us. Please also note that if your order is a PREORDER item then your whole order will be sent when all items are ready to go. Information regarding this was found on the product pages prior to purchase.

Please note; Unfortunately at this time due to the recent lockdown and restricted flights to NZ that Australia Post have access to, we are seeing very long delays. There is a huge backlog of orders waiting at the airport to get to NZ. Hopefully with the ease of restrictions coming we should see some more movement with these parcels. We know it is very frustrating but we are doing everything we can to get your order to you. If it has been over a month and you are still waiting for your order, please email us.

WHAT IF I AM BUYING A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

We are more than happy to send an order directly to the receiver. Please place their details in the shipping section when completing your order. No records of of prices etc will be shared with your recover.

We are an online only store. Our head office is located in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

We are open online 24/7! However please note that our customer service hours are Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Fridays from 9am until 5pm. If you contact us or we need to contact you, then please be aware it will be within these time frames.
