- Are you emailing about not receiving a confirmation email? We do always send a confirmation email on the day of purchase, usually immediately after purchase is complete. Please check your junk/spam folder as they like to hide in there! If you still can't find it, please email us on the below email address.
- Are you emailing about when your order will be sent?
We aim to send out all orders with 24-48 business hours. Most orders are sent via express post, which means you can get your order faster.
- Are you emailing about tracking on your order going to NZ? Unfortunately at this time due to the recent lockdown and restricted flights to NZ that Australia Post have access to, we are seeing long delays. Please see Australia Post website here for up to date information.
